Booking system problems?

Terms of Use
1) Bookings must only be made in the name of the end user; booking in the name of a research group or department is not permitted.
2) Bookings must (as far as possible) reflect actual equipment usage. Block bookings are not permitted.
3) If a user finishes a session early could they please free up any unused slots by unbooking. This will allow other users immediate access to the instrument and ultimately minimize your costs by maximizing equipment use.
4) You will only be charged for time used on the instrument (determined from the equipment login logs). However, users may be charged for booked time if an instrument is blocked booked or their usage time deviates substantially from the time booked for an instrument.

1) The user agrees to indemnify and to keep CBS indemnified from and against any costs, claims, demands, expenses and liabilities suffered or incurred by CBS arising from or is directly related to use of the website and/or booking system.
2) Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the information on the booking system is correct and up to date, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website is always available.
3) CBS reserves the right to terminate an account immediately for the misuse of the booking system or equipment.
